This was a great continuation in the series. Kept my interest and on the edge of my seat. I would recommend the series to anyone who enjoys time travel.
The time travel plot was jarring as they just seemed to pop in and out with no concern for history. Why put an inexperienced traveller on a public train alone and then tell her not to interact with anyone.
How well this author writes her characters. I started reading the series with the time travelers with the muirrs .I have waited impatiently for each book. Keep up the good work.
I absolutely loved all the books in this series and was sad to see it end. I normally do not read a book twice but in the very near future I plan on doing just that. Each book built on to the next one and I had a hard time putting them down. I would recommend anyone who loved both a romance, mystery, and twist and turns in their novels to read this series.
I don't read time travel romance. I don't read contemporary romance. I loved this series! I couldn't put it down! Will definitely read any thing else she writes.
Love the stories, books and characters. They are just too short for the money paid. I guess I just prefer a meatier book. 400 to 500 pages. The characters are engaging and there are twists and turns. Just, short.
I absolutely LOVE this series and all the characters. Yes, I wanted to wring Catie's bratty little neck at times but I also love her! I enjoyed imagining her new experiences in the 21st century & picking up some of the vernacular like "It sucks!" I loved getting to meet Shane too. I have to admit, I was annoyed with Lachlan not wanting her to stay. I couldn't understand his reasoning behind it and thought it was selfish...until the end of course when he changed his mind ;) Other than that, I love those Fergusons. As much as I'm ready and looking forward to starting book 7, I'm also a little sad that the story's coming to an end. Without question, I will actively be seeking out more of Cassidy's books. I loved this book because it continued the wonderful complexity of threads begun in book one. Cassidy Cayman is an awesome author. I found myself ordering the next book even before I was finished with whatever one I was currently reading. Complex story line, believable characters who have strongly defined personalities and who don't deviate from those personalities, yet each one slowly grows and expands as they continue through the next book. Some of the books in this series have cliff hanger endings, but the prices of the books are low enough to easily afford the next book in the series.
If you love Time Travel, you should love this entire series. Lots of intrigue, suspense, humor with great interactions between/among the characters. Very realistically portrayed and believable.
